Unlike traditional online retailers, TengaHub does not own, stock, manufacture, or resell products. Instead, we act as a procurement and logistics intermediary, helping customers source products from international suppliers and have them delivered conveniently to Zimbabwe.
Our platform allows customers to browse products from various suppliers, place orders, and track their shipments from procurement through delivery.
Our mission is to simplify international shopping for Zimbabwean customers by providing a reliable, transparent, and affordable procurement and delivery service.
Customers browse and select products available on the TengaHub platform.
TengaHub procures the selected products from the supplier on behalf of the customer.
The products are collected and shipped to Zimbabwe.
Customers can choose either:
Door-to-door delivery; or
In-store collection.
Customers receive tracking updates throughout the shipment process.
