don't know if anyone has experienced this, but this iron leaks water when put in in upright position

the is my second Russell Hobbs iron I must say I love this product ,the first Russell Hobbs I had for 4 years without problem.The reason I bought this second one now was my first iron fell and broke .The iron is durable/strong and does a good job ,I WOULD RECOMMEND the RUSSELL HOBBS to anyone who is looking for an strong iron.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I give it 5 stars everything works perfect from settings to ironing .I am happy customer thank you takealot

I paid full price and expected a new product. The iron was delivered with water inside. The iron has already been used and obviously sent back due to fault. I am very upset and the indicator signal does not work. This is a slap in the face considering I'm a regular takealot supporter. I would not recommend this product. Rather sped more on something guaranteed to work and new out of the box and not someone's sloppy seconds.

Not soo heavy, a really great iron..buh then again Russell Hobbs is a good brand. I love it

If I could give this a zero , I would. Not the quality I’m used to from RH. I have to iron one item more than twice and it’s still wrinkled.
