I received the water fountain about 2 weeks before my 14 year old cat passed away. In the short time that he had his fountain he absolutely adored it. He'd wake me by tickling my face with his whiskers then sit in front of it until I switched it on. The design of the product meant that he had no whisker fatigue as he would get when drinking from a bowl. This meant his water intake was increased and helped with his digestion. It was easy to assemble and quite quiet. Just as easy to take apart and clean. There was no instruction on how often to change the filter but more information can be found online. I have no regrets about this product but wish my boy could have enjoyed it for longer.

Although it worked great and has alot of water capacity, is quiet and out cat loves it the pump stopped working after a few months and have no idea where or how to replace it easily

Great solution for my very spoilt cat that will only drink running water from a tap. She now drinks from the fountain and gets water more frequently.

The product seems really good so far, it doesn't make a lot of noise, just a little hum from the pump. My only complaint is that the USB connector cord is really short and need an extension to reach outlets, but it seems the keep the water relatively cool and clean and it doesn't spill water everywhere, so I'm happy with it.

This works just as well as the R1000+ ones you find in the pet shops. The pump can be easily replaced with a small fish tank pump when it eventually wears out. Cats both love it.

I have 2 very lazy kitties and they refuse to sit at a water bowel to drink water , this fountain is heaven sent , they love it . Plus I put it at a reasonable distance so they need to walk around the house to get to it , giving them the much needed exercise at the same time . Thumbs up from me .

Works perfectly well and my two cats love it so much their normal bowl now sits untouched! This is by no means a silent unit, I use it on the bubble setting so there is some water noise and the motor whirrs quietly. Fine for background noise but would not recommend it being near your TV like I have it. The tank lasts two small cats about a week. My only nitpicks are the cable for the motor is quite short so I recommend an extension, and make sure you have a spare USB brick. Top does not clip in either, so careful not to bump it or it could come loose. Overall, for the lower price compared to others it's a great a buy!

I chose this product because it had the most reviews and the most helpful reviews. Also the price was right! The fountain itself I found to be easy to set up and my cats (and dog!) took to it right away. It can be connected to a USB power bank during loadshedding. Only negative is that there is no info on where to get replacement filters. But I'm sure that a plan can be made! Good value for money overall

Our cat likes drinking from the tap so got this fountain. He took to it right away. Have to put on highest pump setting and then still the flow is low but adequate. Not sure where to get the filters though. Would have been nice if this had a battery back up for when loadshedding hits, but otherwise happy with purchase for the price.

lovely little fountain my cats took awhile to get use to but now love it... Placement of motor not explained well so you have to adjust to get right.
