This is by far one of the best Ashwaganda pills I've ever gotten. These pills give me a sense of calmness and have also reduced the amount of fatigue and strain I get during workouts. Would absolutely recommend.

I have been using these capsules for the past week and have noticed a positive difference in my mood and ability to stay calm (I have 3 young homeschooled kids, lol) I also feel more energetic and motivated to get things done.

After numerous influencers telling me to try this herb, I did some online research and finally purchased this product. Man. I wish I had done it months ago! In less than a week I have dropped a few cms around my waist, I feel more energized in the day and I sleep more peacefully at night. I bought the pills and after day 2 of taking them got my period. I haven't had a period in a few months. This shows that the pills are effective.

I take it with after my last meal of the day and I must say I don’t struggle with falling asleep or the headaches that use to come with insomnia and stress. I like how it has a natural earthy taste/ smell which feels more safe unlike lab chemicals added.

this ashwagandha dosage seems to be lie!, it doesn't hold up to what it claims,a very bad purchase indeed... I have bought ashwagandha with lower dosages from other brands and u can start feeling the effects almost instantly in ur workouts and other high stress scenarios... with this I felt nothing, I felt some small effects after taking 2 capsules but then again that would mean I have taken up 3000mg, thats a very high number compared to what I felt, all I can say that the claims on the product don't seem to add up! I would unfortunately not recommend this to anyone
