After reading up and doing research on all the wonderful benefits of this product I decided to try it out. I took this for 2 weeks and the benefits that I experienced was a noticeable improvement in my energy levels and concentration. I was very impressed because this helped me a lot with my school and studies however at the end of the 2 weeks I fell terribly ill with serious stomach pains which upon consultation with a doctor I believe were stomach ulcers and I believe they were caused by this product as it is the only change to my diet that was made and I had never experienced this before. Upon further research I found out that sea moss can indeed cause stomach ulcers so if you have a sensitive stomach I would highly recommend that you avoid this product. The recommended dosage on the bottle is 1-2 tablespoons per day and I did not overdose as I was taking 1 tablespoon a day in a smoothie. Also the taste is terrible contrary to other reviews that I have seen, the first day I had it I tried it in lemon tea and it was still so overwhelming and difficult to take down, literally tastes like a standing body of water from the sea therefore I had to take it in a banana smoothie which overshadowed the bad taste and smell. I am only giving it 2 stars because the first 2 weeks were amazing and I was truly optimistic but however due to the stomach issues it has caused I cannot continue to use this product.

it's been a week using this product. I'm not sure if I'm being Delulu or what, but I think there's a change in my skin. I'm not someone with skin problems, but it looks smoother and healthier. I love what I'm seeing in the mirror. I will continue buying. I don't like the taste. I can't explain what it tastes like, but I always make funny faces when I eat it the first time I almost puke, but I still take two table spoons twice a day.

I have used this for a week straight, I take a spoon in the morning on an empty stomach. I feel so much better and I can tell that it helps with my digestive system. The packaging is great, it was not broken and was actually wrapped up nicely considering that it is a glass jar. I like the fact that there was also a clear instruction to keep refrigerated.
